When joining a Website Plan, do I have a minimum stay? Yes, because the value of the site is diluted over the first year of permanence in the Plan. After this first year, the value drops and you will be without any permanence.

Why are there two different monthly fees for the first year and the following ones? Because the monthly value in the first twelve months, in addition to the website optimization services, aims to dilute the initial development value of the website construction.

If I want to include a service in a Plan, how can I do it? You can join the desired Plan and at any time, purchase one of our services from the marketing store separately.Is there any upfront payment (setup fee)? No. There is only a minimum stay for a period of 1 year.

What payment methods are available for the Plans? After ordering a Plan, you will be contacted by a technician to detail the operation of the service, define expectations and objectives. After clarifying all the points, you will receive a link where you can subscribe by credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, you can subscribe to direct debit (only for Portugal).Can I get a discount with an annual payment? Yes, we offer a discount between 5% and 20% (depending on the Plan you want) when purchasing a Plan with annual payment. Just indicate that you want to make the annual payment and our technician will send the final amount with discount applied.

If the agreement expires, is the site mine and will it be delivered to me? Yes, after the first year of mandatory minimum stay, the site is yours and is delivered updated on the date on which delivery or transfer is requested. Unlike other solutions where there is a monthly payment, the amount paid is not an installment, but an exclusive amount for the set of services included in each Plan.
