How it all began

Clínica do Site started as an experiment in the transition from a model of hourly wages to a proactive service provision. When we were still working with hourly packages, our clients would retract asking for features, changes, etc., so as not to “waste” hours, except in almost mandatory situations.

We analysed the hours used in each service and created digital marketing processes that allowed us to be agile and, above all, to guarantee an excellent return for our customers.

The experiment went so well that all our customers switched to this new model with extensive improvements and greater recognition of our service. In fact, it went so well that a company was created to manage this new service: RGB Spaces.

Having a customer retention rate above 90% is certainly a great indicator, but what drives us?

The DNA of Clínica do Site is based on the assumption that by combining creativity, technology, and an entrepreneurial mindset, we will achieve our clients goals. We created well-defined processes for each service from an early age, which we constantly optimise, and which allows us to act (and not just react) to achieve these goals.

Because we know that the day-to-day life of an SME does not allow attention to every detail, and that in a startup we can combine our experience, we treat digital marketing as if we were part of your team.

We created a store of digital marketing services with full price transparency. We use continuously optimised processes to maximise the results of our clients and respond to new communication channels and paradigms.
