10, 20, or 40 depending on the tier you pick. Reels and static formats are both included in every tier (a Reel counts as 1 post). You can switch tier any time as your needs change.

10 days from subscription. Days 1 to 2 are onboarding, days 3 to 5 cover template design and content calendar, days 6 to 8 are first-batch production, days 9 to 10 are your approval and scheduling. From day 10 onwards your feed is live and on a regular cadence.

Both, included in every tier. We script and edit Reels from your existing video footage, or use a mix of stock B-roll plus your brand graphics if you don't have video assets. Each Reel counts as 1 post against your monthly quota.

Yes, included in standard scope. Captions are written in your brand voice, with a clear hook, body, and CTA. Hashtags are 5 to 10 per post (not 30), researched per topic, and refreshed every month based on what is performing.

We can supplement with carefully sourced stock images that match your brand and sector. However, original photography always performs better, so during onboarding we usually recommend a small one-off photo session (we can quote it as an add-on, or you can hire a local photographer).

Yes. The first batch is reviewed and approved before launch. After that, you can either approve every monthly batch in Meta Business Suite (the cautious option) or trust the calendar and only review on request (the speed option). You decide.

We include only basic Stories in the standard scope (Stories require near-daily attention). We typically include 1 to 2 Story sets per week. More than that should the quoted separately.

Yes. There is no long-term contract. Cancel or pause from your account, no fee, no questions asked.

We monitor and respond to comments that come in on the posts we publish, within 48 hours. We use the brand voice we agreed at onboarding. For sensitive or sales-related comments and DMs, we route them to a contact you designate.

We can promote selected posts using your designated payment method, included in the scope at no extra fee. Note that the ad spend itself is paid directly to Instagram (Meta), not to us. For full Meta Ads campaign management, that is a separate service.

Posts and images created from your own assets are yours to reuse anywhere. Posts using stock images sourced by us may have license restrictions, so they are licensed only for Instagram. We flag this clearly per post, so you always know what you can repurpose.

We hand it over. The content calendar, brand template files, and any post drafts in production are sent to you on cancellation, so you can keep posting (or hand them to another team) without starting from scratch.
