Three things most consulting hours packs get wrong
Before buying a prepaid hours bundle from anyone, here is what to watch for. We have seen plenty of clients burn through 16 hours and feel they got nothing tangible done. Our model is built to avoid that.
Some agencies bill for every email and call. We bill only for actual work delivered (design, dev, configuration, copywriting). Briefing calls under 30 minutes for clearly-scoped tasks are not charged against your hours. The hours go where you can see results, not into our inbox.
Before any task larger than 30 minutes, you receive a written hour estimate (usually within 4 business hours). If the actual work overruns, we eat the difference unless you approved the new estimate in writing. No "oh, we used 6 hours on what we thought was 2" surprises showing up at the end of the month.
Most prepaid hours packs see clients use 60 percent in the first 6 months and then let the rest expire. We send a friendly reminder if you haven't logged hours in 60 days, with concrete suggestions for high-leverage uses based on your last activity. Your hours are paid for, we make sure you actually use them.

If you are a new Fuzelift client, a quick discovery call to confirm scope and gather access (analytics, hosting, brand assets). Existing clients skip this step. You receive your dashboard login and the email address to send requests to.
Send a quick description by email or Slack. For tasks under 30 minutes, we just do them and log the time. For larger tasks, you receive a written hour estimate within 4 business hours. Approve, we start. No formal SOW back-and-forth for small work.
Every logged hour shows in your dashboard with the task description and outcome. You always know how many hours are left, what was used on what, and where the highest-leverage activity has been. No surprise statements.
If you have a 16-hour or 32-hour pack, we offer an optional 15-minute quarterly review to suggest high-leverage uses based on what is happening in your business and your account. Not billed against your hours.

Yes. You can buy multiple packs (they stack on the same dashboard) or add a smaller pack mid-cycle if you run low. Buying multiple packs at once also stacks the volume discount.

Through a real-time dashboard you can log into anytime. Every logged hour shows the task description, the person who worked on it, the date, and the time spent. No surprises at the end of the month.
We eat the difference. Before any task over 30 minutes, you receive a written hour estimate. If the actual work overruns, we absorb the extra time unless you approved a revised estimate in writing first. The estimate is a cap, not a starting point.

Hours are non-refundable in cash, but they remain usable on any of our services for 12 months and can be moved to retainers or one-off services with our approval. The transparency in the dashboard prevents most refund-related disputes upfront.
