- If you currently utilize an email marketing service, such as Mailchimp or Brevo, you will need to provide us agency access.
- You are responsible to keep the email marketing service functional (including payment).

No, you can use another mailing service, but please note that not all services guarantee the same level of quality and functionalities to ensure good delivery rates and comprehensive reports. If you use another tool, Fuzelift reserves the right to solely design and implement the mailing in HTML, leaving the sending process to the Client's discretion.
