Three things most Google account setups get wrong
Before paying for a setup, here is what to watch for. We have inherited hundreds of Google accounts from previous agencies and freelancers, and the same three mistakes show up over and over again.
GA4 is unforgiving: a bad initial setup can mean months of unreliable data, missing key events, and broken funnels that are hard to fix retroactively. We configure GA4 with the correct data streams, internal-traffic filters, cross-domain tracking where needed, the right attribution window, and your first 2 custom events. Historical data is usable, not noise.
Enhanced Conversions, server-side events, and proper Tag Manager wiring are what separate Google Ads campaigns that learn (and improve) from campaigns that flatline. We configure Enhanced Conversions in Google Ads, hash and pass first-party data, and set up the events through Tag Manager. So your campaigns recover the conversion signals lost to iOS 14+, ad blockers, and consent banners.
Many agencies create your Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, or Google Ads accounts under their own MCC and never give you full ownership. When you part ways, you lose your data history. We create everything under a Gmail address you provide, give you owner-level access, and add ourselves only as a manager you can revoke at any time.
From order to fully configured stack in 3 business days
A predictable process, no waiting weeks for a setup that should take days.
Quick call to define your goals, the conversions that matter (lead form, purchase, phone call, etc.), and your existing setup if any. We collect FTP or cPanel access for domain verification, plus the Gmail address that will own every Google account.
GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Google Ads created (or linked, if accounts already exist). Domain verified, sitemap submitted to Search Console, data streams configured, basic events firing and tested in debug mode.
Enhanced Conversions enabled in Google Ads. Google Ads tracking installed via Tag Manager. Your first 2 custom events/goals configured (e.g. form submit, button click, phone-link tap, transaction). Then a 1-hour live training session walks you through every account end to end.
What a properly configured Google stack actually delivers
Common before/after results we see across hundreds of small business setups, comparing a clean Fuzelift setup to a previous DIY or piecemeal agency setup.
More conversion events captured after Enhanced Conversions vs. default tracking, especially on iOS.
Average admin time saved per quarter once tracking is correct and reports are reliable.
From order to handover, with full training included, vs. typical 2 to 4 weeks at agencies.
You own every account with admin rights from day one, not the agency
What people ask before signing up.
Yes. We can either create fresh accounts or audit and reconfigure the ones you already have. You provide temporary admin access, we fix what is broken (or rebuild from scratch if the existing setup is too tangled), and hand back full ownership.
It is a live training where we walk you through every account we configured: where to find your numbers, which reports actually matter for a small business, how Enhanced Conversions and Tag Manager fit together, and how to read your first month of data. By the end you can run the dashboards yourself, or know exactly what to ask if you bring in an agency later.
No, Google Consent Mode v2 is a separate service in our Digital Marketing Store, because it requires CMP integration on your website. If you run paid ads in the EU, we strongly recommend bundling it: without Consent Mode v2, Google Ads and GA4 lose a meaningful share of your conversion data.
Yours. Every account is created (or transferred) under a Gmail address that you own, with you as the primary owner. We add ourselves only as a manager so we can finish the setup and run the training, and you can revoke our access at any time.
3 business days from receiving your access details and goal definitions. Day 1 is the briefing and access collection, day 2 is account creation and verification, day 3 is conversion tracking plus the 1-hour training session.
Yes. Up to 2 custom events or goals are included in the standard scope (e.g. form submit, phone-link tap, primary CTA click, purchase event). Additional custom events can be added as a small add-on per event.
Yes, if your website has a sitemap. If you don't have one (typical on older sites built without an SEO plugin), we flag it during the briefing and can quote sitemap generation as a separate small task or recommend a free plugin solution.
Yes, the standard scope covers one domain. For multi-domain setups (e.g. main brand + landing-page domain) you can add extra domains at a 50% discount on the base fee, ordered together.
Only if you want us to. By default we add ourselves as a manager so we can finish the training and answer follow-up questions for 14 days post-handover. After that, you can revoke our access from your account settings whenever you prefer.
Yes, materially. The biggest lift comes from Enhanced Conversions and proper Tag Manager wiring, which together typically recover 30 to 50 percent of conversion signal lost on iOS and consent-blocked sessions. With more signal, the Google Ads algorithm optimises faster and CPL trends down within 2 to 3 weeks.
Universal Analytics is fully sunset, so we set up a fresh GA4 property as part of this service. We do not migrate historical UA data into GA4 (it is not technically supported), but we can export your UA reports to a static archive so you keep year-over-year comparisons available.
Not in the standard scope. Google Merchant Center is recommended for e-commerce stores running Shopping Ads and is available as a separate add-on. Google Business Profile management is a separate ongoing service in our Digital Marketing Store.
