Our services are provided in a personalized manner for each Client, which is why there is no room for refunds for completed orders.
The services sold in our online store do not have any binding commitment, unless stated in the description of the service (see the product page). The prices shown do not include VAT at the current legal rate. The VAT amount is displayed on the cart and the checkout pages, before you make the payment.
Services will be provided after the respective payment. After that payment, the respective invoice will be issued and sent by email to the Client. Delays in the payment of monthly services (subscriptions) may lead to their suspension, without any impact on future payments.
