If you are not yet our Client, before contracting the service, you must contact us, so that we can clarify the scope of the service, and validate that it fits your needs. The needs that fit the services available in our online store, must be filled by the purchase of the respective services. These services include not only the participation of our team, but also efficient and proven processes, as well as pre-defined software for their implementation.

Yes. There is no loyalty to our services. You can unsubscribe and resubscribe at any time. - Does time spent in face-to-face meetings count towards package hours?
Yes, the time spent in face-to-face meetings is included in the purchased package, from leaving our facilities to returning to them. Packages with face-to-face meetings have an added value to offset travel expenses (fuel, tolls, parking, etc.).
